Day 1: Find the Wine

Start your day at Purple Toad Winery for a tasting; their "Black and Bruised" is their most notable wine with the locals. Then make your way to Market House Square for some retail therapy. First, head to Lepa Jewelry for permanent jewelry; custom-fitted bracelets, anklets, or necklaces gently welded on so you never have to take them off.

Pop into Bricolage Art Collective, a woman-owned space with regional artwork, vinyl records, and Paducah-centric finds from local artists. Continue to Raven & Moth, an eclectic shop with sustainable clothing, handmade jewelry and herbal skincare, and then end your day at Flamingo Row for a bombastic beachy vibe with a whimsical menu, with local favorites like the Shipwreck appetizer.

Day 2: Branch Out

Order up a fabulous iced vanilla latte and pastry and the Lowertown Etcetera Coffeehouse before the group heads off to the Pour Room. Enjoy a fun morning of creating a signature scented candle as a take home memento.

Grab a quick lunch at Branch Out, just a few blocks away. The menu provides incredible variety to individuals needing various dietary accommodations. Be sure and get a cupcake for dessert. In fact, grab two!

Head over to Murray for an afternoon of boutique shopping. Murray has more than twenty-five locally owned retail stores, ranging from clothing to vintage records to home decor. The Palm on Chestnut carries the classic look, while Ribbon Chix offers the latest trends of the season. For the Nancy Meyers home vibe, hit up Intuition and be ready to swoon over the selection.

End the day with a slow, relaxing meal at Stephano’s Trattoria. With an extensive wine selection and shareable menu items, this Italian restaurant is the perfect date with friends.

Day 3: Yin Yang

Start the week in a positive mental space with a Sunday morning Yin Yoga session at Barre Murray. Yin Yoga is gentle, with the use of props and modifications, making everyone a yogi.

A late lunch at Jasmine Thai and Sushi will be the surprise highlight of the trip. A local hot-spot for fresh sushi rolls and spicy noodle dishes. The curry options are abundant and flavorful.
